WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is provided in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, otherwise known by the acronym GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), i.e. pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 1296/2003, which transposed the rules set out in the aforementioned regulation.
This regulation pertains to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing and free movement of personal data, as well as the regulation of adaptation to those who interact with the web service of the relevant data controller, Certre Snc , accessible electronically from the address certre.it, which corresponds to the home page of the official website of the data controller.
The information is provided only for the site of the owner and not also for other websites that may be consulted to the user through links.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001, which the European Data Protection Authorities, meeting in the Working Party established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001, to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations related to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the owner and at the operational headquarters, located in Via Cal Longa, 27D 31036 Sala d'Istrana (TV) Italy.
Said processing is handled only by personnel of the office in charge of processing, who have access to the e-mail box info@certre.it.
Electronic data are stored at Infomaniak's hosting server.
TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server (successful, error, etc...) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, or the user's entry of data in the contact form, for the purpose of purchase, entails the subsequent acquisition of such data, needed to respond to requests, process them and to allow the purchase and shipment of products. We collect directly from the user/customer the first name, last name, address, email, telephone number, company name and VAT number (if any), billing address and shipping address, purchase data, such as order number, details about the goods purchased, details about the means of payment, communications and messages in relation to purchases (e.g. withdrawal statements, complaints, and customer service communications), delivery and payment status, return status, and data on the third party service providers involved in the performance of the contract (in the case of mail order, this could be the courier service dispatch number), as well as payment data, such as IBAN and BIC, i.e., account number and bank code, and credit card or Paypal service data.. These data are stored indefinitely in the owner's databases.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The purpose of processing is to request contact from the user who accesses the site, to finalize the purchase contract, to receive orders and ship purchased products and/or send commercial communications, newsletters, billing documents or information, that is, mainly to maintain compliance with the purchase contract entered into in all its aspects.
METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The processing is carried out through operations with the aid of electronic instruments and consists of the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by the owner and by the persons expressly authorized by the owner for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The data subject to processing may come to the attention of the data controller, data processors and may be disclosed to internal or external collaborators, such as accounting, logistics and technical companies, providers of payment services, warehouses, companies packaging and shipping orders.
Part of the browsing data, mentioned above, may be partially processed on the systems of the provider Google LLC (currently Google Analytics, Google Conversion Tracking, Google Adwords, Zendesk Inc, which however claim to use systems that offer guarantees of adequacy with respect to the GDPR Regulation and the legislation pertaining to the protection of personal data). Finally, the data may be communicated in case of request to the competent authorities in fulfillment of obligations arising from mandatory legal regulations.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject has the right:
- to access, change, delete, restrict and deny the processing of data;
- to obtain, without hindrance, the data in a structured, machine-readable format for transmission to another data controller;
- to revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before revocation;
- to senda complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
